Finish setting up the admin

The admin needs these settings in your Vercel project (Settings → Environment Variables) before anyone can sign in:

The Firebase database. Add FIREBASE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT with the whole service account key file (Firebase console → Project settings → Service accounts → Generate new private key).
Cloudinary for photos and logos. Add CLOUDINARY_URL with the API environment variable from the Cloudinary console → Settings → API Keys (it starts with cloudinary://).
A setup key. Add ADMIN_PASSWORD with a long password only you know.

Then redeploy the site and reload this page.

The admin service isn't running here

This page saves through the site's server functions, which only run on Vercel (or with vercel dev). Open the deployed admin instead.

Create the owner account

You're the first person here. Your account can add organizers, restore backups and do everything else.

The ADMIN_PASSWORD value from Vercel.

At least 10 characters. Use a different password from the setup key.

Click the box or drag an image onto it. Square images work best. It's resized to 256×256 before uploading. Without a logo, the guild shows its initials.
